It’s About Thyme Recipes:

Delectable Herb Cheese Ball:

• 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (regular or light)
• 8 oz Feta Cheese, softened
• 3 Tbs It’s About Thyme Dip Mix

Combine all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer. Wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. Form the mixture into one or two logs or balls and roll them in chopped walnuts or pecans, and/or chopped fresh parsley or freshly cracked peppercorns. Serve with crackers or melba rounds.

For a simpler option, enjoy the herb cheese without a topping. After mixing, place it in a serving container and refrigerate until serving time.

Cheese Spread:

• 8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
• Stick of Butter, softened
• 2 Tbs It’s About Thyme Dip Mix
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Prepare the cheese spread using the same directions as above.

Herb Butter:

Bring one stick of butter to room temperature and blend 1 tsp. (or more) of It’s About Thyme Dip Mix with the softened butter. Refrigerate until firm. Use it to saute fish, chicken, or to make garlic herb bread.
